In March 2006, following an in depth assessment of Puretone's people processes and interviews with employees on all levels across the business, the company was recognised as meeting the "Investors in People" standard.

Investor in People is a prestigious award designed to recognise companies with a real commitment to its people. Puretone first expressed a commitment to Investors in People in 2005 and formal steps were taken to apply for assessment.
